Actress and Comedienne. Hit headlines recently while hosting the MTV Movie Awards, when she made jokes about Paris Hilton going to jail right in front of Paris Hilton herself. The look on Paris's face was priceless.
I have no idea what Sarah is doing in these photos but she looks pretty damned good whatever she is up to. Crazy lady.
